Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Customized or personalized items.

Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or defective).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued through bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash after verification.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

In such cases, Shop Sphere will cover the return shipping charges.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
